You will mentor junior consultants, contribute to business development, and help shape FC Group's consulting methodology across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client leadership
  • Manage cross-functional project teams of 3–8 consultants and client staff
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to FC Group's thought leadership and capability development

Requirements
  • 7+ years of management consulting or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — executive presence is essential
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in at least two of FC Group's core industries
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as client engagements require

This is a client-facing role requiring both deep technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders at executive level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end IT architecture solutions aligned to client business objectives
  • Lead cloud migration projects across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
  • Conduct technology assessments and produce actionable remediation roadmaps
  • Oversee cybersecurity reviews and recommend appropriate controls

Requirements

  • Coordinate international shipments across air, ocean, and road freight modes
  • Prepare and verify all trade documentation — bills of lading, customs declarations, certificates of origin
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays to clients
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across all operating markets
  • Identify opportunities to reduce freight costs and transit times
Requirements
